Your tasks:
- Carry out a full cycle of production of bread, bakery, pastry, and confectionery products;
- To train staff in production technology, pre-sale preparation, and decorating products;
- Model products according to the technological and economical requirements within the range;
- Ensure quality standards are as high as possible;
- Organize production in accordance with current federal food safety regulations;
- Develop and implement new technologies in food production;
- Receiving and quality control of raw materials, control of expiry dates;
- Participation in inventory control;
- Keeping the workplace, inventory, and equipment clean according to sanitary norms;
- Working in the HACCP system.
Expectations from the candidate:
- Education level: at least specialized secondary;
- Experience of at least 0,5 year in a relevant position;
- Basic PC skills, Microsoft Office user level;
- Preferably knowledge of the HACCP system.
